The study aims to understand the effect of UV exclusion and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) inoculation on photosynthetic parameters soybean. was conducted in nursery bags plants were grown under iron mesh covered with cut-off filters. AMF (I) showed higher pigments, carbonic anhydrase activity, reduced internal CO2 concentration, enhanced transpiration rate, stomatal conductance as well improved rate over uninoculated plants. Moreover, -UVB+I -UVAB+I exhibited an increased performance index, activity water-splitting complex donor side PSII, concentration active PSII reaction centers per excited cross-section. Overall, UV-excluded AMF-inoculated highest quantum yield photosynthesis. Our will pave way for future investigation identify possible role improving better
